Is my selfie saved?

A selfie uploaded for a single search isn’t saved. If you set up My Face, we save your selected selfies and face signatures for future searches. You can delete them in your account.

Can the host see my selfie?

No. Your search selfie and saved My Face photos aren’t shared with event hosts.

Why might some photos be missing?

Photos may not match if your face is small, turned away, or partly covered. The album may also still be processing.

Which photo links work?

Use a Google Drive folder shared with “Anyone with the link.”

Do I need an account?

For host-paid events, you can get your photos without an account. With your own Google Drive folder link, the first 200 photos are free; larger albums have a $1 minimum one-time unlock based on photos scanned.
